I have as many accounts but currently no IMAP in TB. I probably delete 200+ on the servers (mostly blacklisted IPs or sites) , and then deal with another 50-100 or so that slip through (but usually still get caught). If I don't check mail for a day, then I notice the same stress in the plug-in you talk about.
