Hello Goncalo, > I follow TBBeta threads on a folder where I receive everything > received from the list and when that thread gets dead I move it to a > folder related to the year the message arrived.
I also have a folder for TBBeta (I'd assume most people do) and for every mailing list I'm subscribed to. But specially for mailing lists I do use threading by Reference because I find it much easier to follow the "conversation" the way it has been actually produced (i.e. with the different branches and sub-threads). Also because, when threading by Reference (that I call 'proper threading'), if someone modifies the Subject the thread is not broken. I also move 'old messages' to a folder in my password protected Archive account. But I do this automatically by using the "Alternative deletion" in the folder Properties. I have many folders set up this way. -- Best regards, Miguel A.
