Hello Stuart, RO>> I definitely don't want to use multiple Dutch dictionaries at the RO>> same time. SSCE contains the old spelling, HunSpell contains the new RO>> spelling for Dutch. What good is a spell checker to me when it allows RO>> me to use both pannekoek and pannenkoek in the same message. I'd be RO>> better of without a spell checker. Now I'm relying on it and when I RO>> don't I'd take better care of what I write. > > If you don't intend to use the old spellings then you should be able > to delete the dictionary that you are not going to use.
But I fully agree with Roelof. While I think it is useful to be able two use two (or more) languages simultaneously (Spanish and English) I don't think it is such a good idea to use more than just ONE dictionary for each language. Which would have precedence in case of a spelling discrepancy? -- Best regards, Miguel A.
