I thought of, only placing the needed Files in the
directory, but this didn't change anything - Options are
still greyed out.

I tried both, but no change, the options are greyed out.
I found a "dictionary.lst" in the Ooo-Full-Pack and did it
like this:

DICT de DE de_DE
HYPH de DE hyph_de_DE
THES de DE th_de_DE_v2
And the Files i did choose are:
