Well, it's the same version that was distributed with 4.0.0.17, I don't see why they should be any different. Do you use Process Explorer (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx) or a similar program? Can you see that hunspell.dll is loaded by TB and running?
