I have just added this note: As I have further verified, the name can be different. The problem appears if the Handle is the same that was used in the previously deleted group. The fact that when the CG is deleted does NOT force messages/folders to revert to None (or <Generic>) can have an inpact in Sorting Office and/or VF filters. Try it. - Create a new folder with just one message. - Create a new CG. - Assign the message to the new CG. - Create a VF looking at that folder and filtering for <Generic> CG. - No message will be displayed in VF, which is correct. - Now delete CG. - Verify the colour of the message reverts to default colour. - Now look in VF, the message still doesn't show there, or does it? -- Best regards, Miguel A.
