I've never had a big problem viewing HTML in TB, but when I want to really view something, much less print, I open it in IE7. Why? It works. Most important for the problems described, it resizes things to fit in the print area of the page. No more chopped off edges of lines, of having to Print Preview and then rotate to landscape format, etc, etc. The tabs are mighty handy too.
No, not pushing IE7 or anything else, just the idea that we should use the right tool for the job, and for that reason fancy work on TB isn't vital to me.
