I have used Diskeeper before but have replaced it with PerfectDisk (*)
and have excluded TB!'s directory. I think more time and speed is lost by
trying to defrag that everchanging directory than by excluding it.

(*) I had an issue like yours when using Diskeeper (not with TB!) but not
    with Perfectdisk.

If it should happen, I still have a daily backup automatically made with
Second Copy.
