Hi Paul, Thank you for introducing a degree of reason into a discussion which will by its very nature, get us absolutely nowhere!
I have found Ritlabs most co-operative when I reported problems over many years. That there are problems over many years is part of the real world of software development. A product with 100% functionality for 100% of possible markets has yet to be developed - and I would suggest that we shouldn't hang around too long bemoaning the lack of such products. Would those critical of Ritlabs please look around them at the myriad of products out there for which no dialogue is possible with the developers. Keep operating in such a reasonable manner - it is most refreshing to hear such common sense - something these days that is not all that common.!
