I don't know statistics about who are the customers that use TB, but I assume that a large percentage of TB users are NOT tech giants, nor are they on the beta list. I am certainly not a tech giant myself (as if you didn't already know!), but I do monitor this list carefully enough to keep myself out of trouble. In a few words, I agree with Vili here. It was, again, "the law of unintended consequences" that one must watch out for (and everyone gets "bitten" once in a while, including RitLabs and - in a HUGE and TERRIBLE way - George Bush! > Anyway, I think, now the website is corrected appropriately, nobody can > complain. I also agree with Vili here - the intermediate pre-download page is very clear now. The RitLabs team has done a good job of communicating (and putting out fires) through all of this. I admire that quality in how they do business. They make mistakes, like all of us do, but they also do well in cleaning up and making the corrections afterward (certainly since I've been on this list - 18 months or so). -- Take Care, Bob -- Using The Bat! 4.1.9 Windows XP 5.1 build 2600 Service Pack 3 ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 4.1.9 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
