Wow. I received your mail while you were offline. In the old modem
times we used to whistle into the telephone when the modem was down,
but with this new high-speed broadband ADSL stuff, you really impress
me. Hey, do you know what an acoustic coupler was?

And I'm trying to get my Acer One working. We are talking GPRS rather
than UMTS, and the speed is measured in KBit/s rather than MBit/s.
*If* it will work. FYI an acoustic coupler worked with 360 Bit/s (no,
I didn't forget a K or an M).

Gee, I'm getting old. I'm going to have a beer with MAU.
