I would like to add 1: "delayed delivery" 2: "delayed dispatch" 3: "postponed delivery" and 4: "postponed dispatch" as suggestions to the discussion. I am not a native English speaker but I have a little uneasy feeling with the words "send" and "sending". They might be perfectly correct...so if a real expert on that wants to correct me please feel free to do so. An opposite approach: If this was a German program the string that describes this feature would be "Verzögerter Versand".
