I think it's exactly correct, as it shows the times that you say it
should show. The first time is my time, GMT+0700, and it was 21:48,
and the second is your time at, 16:48. Only the order is different
from what you expect, the times and time zones are correct.

No. The way it shows (at least over here), is the receipient's time
first, and the time zone is not explicitely shown. You know your time
zone anyway. In brackets, the time and and time zone of the sender is
shown. It was 00:11 GMT+0100 his time when the sender wrote it. That
was 01:11 your time. So you must be in GMT+0200.

It does show the local time as well as the sender's time and time
