Hello,
as the API is published now, I have a question related to script
languages. I understand that the plugin feature is in an early stage,
but just for interest: is it still planned (as announced in an
interview years ago) to support script language plugins?
For example, it would be really cool to write plugins in Perl (or
another script language of your preference). The advantages are
obvious. But I found no hint that it is possible to transform Perl
scripts into DLL's (except for ActiveStates .NET extension which
allows to have Perl script DLL's working with .NET applications, but
this seems to be an expensive way - and is TB! a .NET application?).
Thanks in advance
Jochen Stenzel
