Well, in the preview pane, the subject column over here usually holds
about 10 characters. Say eight are used for the list name and the
brackets (useless for me, because I use TB which has excellent filter
options), followed by a blank, I have exactly one letter to guess the
subject from.
My vote is therefore not to put the list name in the subject.
