What  Thomas  means  is that filters cannot *affect* the content, only
change  the  content  disposition. Have said that, I suppose one could
export,  run through a perl (or some-such) script to trim the subject,
re-import  as  a  batch operation from a filter ... but that's getting
a bit heavy.

So  far,  I am not convinced that [TBTECH] is the subject line is what
is wanted.

Straw poll time. Write to me, *off list*, with your vote. I'm actually
easy  about this. I belong to lists that use both. The TB family don't
by convention and my inclination is to say "not here either".

So far it's two for, five against.
