Right. But your Address book templates simplify to:

Right. This method is seriously flawed in that you must have a Quick
Template for *each* address in your address book. Also the benefits of
group templates are nullified as well.

Nope, but I think it is the only *automatic* way you'll get what you
want with the current implementation.
