You didn't provide an url but I found that this is where one

I would be more likely to do that if this would increase the
possibility of defining and following up on any practical
opportunities that may be present between Mexico and the ex-soviet
block for commercial, cultural &/or technology interchange w/ a
social benefit (since that's what I do and am short on help &
therefore time).
