You're joking about the English help, right?

With a program as complex as The Bat! I don't find it unreasonable to post a
quick query to the list.  After all what on earth are the lists for if not to
provide assistance.  Especially to members whose first language is not English.

The problem is not with The Bat! users employing this feature among themselves
but the havoc that it may case with threading in other mailers on general lists.
I therefore do not understand your comment above at all.
