Unless I misunderstand you, this could be easily done by taking out
the server information (leave it blank) in all the other three
accounts' properties. (Go to [Account | Properties | Transport],
find the "Receive mail" section, and delete the server information.)
You may also want to disable the "Combined delivery" option at the
bottom of that (Transport) panel. Another place to check is the
"Options" panel ([Account | Properties | Options]), where you may
disable the "Check mailbox at start-up" and "Periodical Checking
each nn minutes" options, and enable the "Ignore 'check all
accounts' requests" option.
Deleting the receiving mail server information (POP3/IMAP4) as
described above might cause problem if your SMTP server (the one
needed to send mail) requires "POP before SMTP" authentication.
We'll deal with it if it's a problem for you.
