http://www.microsoft.com/typography/fontpack/default.htm
(I just copied that from message by Dave Gorman). Don't exactly know,
what kind of installation this fontpack has (you'll find that out on
the webpage), but once fonts are installed, fixed-pitch ones will show
in menu automatically.
