Hmm what kind of encryption does this ROT13 do ? Hmmm, any URL
where one can read about what is it intended to do ?

One last comment, why use this since it seems to be a very low
security "encryption" algo ? It reminds me of the time I was in the
5th garde and me and my friends were trying to send "encrypted"
messages. We would associate diff pictures (or diff letters) to
letters and use that to write the message. We all had our
decoding keys on paper slips we kept in our pockets so we could
decrypt the info. Heh I hope Rot13 is more advanced than that :)
