Hello tbtech,

just took a deep step into macros and regex this weekend, so here a
few questions for the "techies":

1. some are using "!=" instead of the "official" "<>" and
%REM=_comment_ instead of %REM="comment". Is this documented or
   "subject to change without notice"?

2. Does anyone know how deep the single/double quotes can be enclosed
within other macros? I found this hierarchy:
   "%MACRO"
     '%MACRO'
       ""%MACRO""
         ''%MACRO''

3. Is there a way to make %QUOTES and %WRAPPED truly wrap the text?
Reformatting the "%quoted" text with [ALT]+[L] makes a different
output than %QUOTES, but it should be the same in my opinion.

%WRAPPED only wraps the first paragraph truly but not the second.

(My editor setting is to wrap at 70 characters.)
