Message-ID's are created by the mail client. The "SMTP id" is created
by the SMTP server.

For instance, I started this message, then went to the MESSAGES.TBB
file in the Outbox and looked at it before I completed it. The
Message-ID is "<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>" and that's
what you'll find when the message reaches you.
