Since I've upgrade to v1.60m, The Bat! crashes on a daily basis, and over the past two weeks I've lost my mail account settings and numerous messages.
It happens when I click on a message to view it, then I get the transparent window frame. I have to close and reopen the Bat completely and about 50% percent of the time, I lose mail, account settings, etc. I have to completely reconfigure the Bat! I do daily backups, but when you get a few hundred messages a day, you cannot backup frequently enough. It's costing me potential business. I really love the Bat!'s features, but... you know. When I look at the files for each of my POP accounts, they're usually all 0 bytes long. This is getting really old. I paid money for this program and it's causing me more grief than anything. Does anyone know what's going on? This is happening on both installations I have, at home and at work. Are there plans to fix this, or...? I've seen talk of the transparent window deal, but nothing like what I'm experiencing. Can I go backwards in versions? v1.60k did not do this to me and seemed to work fine, at least in this respect. I'm using Win2K SP2.
