Hello Mike, I've read on the UDL that instability problems can sometimes result from using the Rich Text Viewer. It's best to stick with the Fixed Width Font Viewer. You'll find your setting at Options, Preferences..., Viewer.
FYI, I'm using 1.60m, also under W2K Pro SP2, and I have had only a single program crash, which caused no loss of data or settings. 1.60m is running about the same as previous versions here. regards, Andy Thursday, May 30, 2002, 12:33:23 AM, you wrote: > Since I've upgrade to v1.60m, The Bat! crashes on a daily basis, and over > the past two weeks I've lost my mail account settings and numerous > messages. > It happens when I click on a message to view it, then I get the transparent > window frame.
