Oops. Wrong place. That should come *after* the cut mark. It's only
when the QT is invoked in the *message editor* that a signature will
be placed automatically after a cut mark. That doesn't happen in a
template.

Yup. Exactly what you asked it to do.

No %ISSIGNATURE doesn't create a cut mark in a template. Only when you
invoke a QT from the message editor does that happen.
