I've just tried including the initials qt from the new library in one
of my reply templates. It works perfectly except for one friend.

The reply template contains the lines:

    %quotestyle="%qinclude='initials'"
    On %ODate, you [%qinclude="initials"] wrote:

For this one person, the reply has initials in the introductory line
(...you [NW] wrote:), but then uses his full name for the quotestyle.
For everyone else, initials are used in both places.

First I checked he didn't have an AB template or duplicate entries,
then I deleted him from the AB, but still the problem occurs.

Any suggestions as to why this one entry would cause problems?
