Insert an equal sign:
%quotestyle="=%qinclude='initials'"

Yes, because his first name starts with N. From the help file:
,----- [ Help file Extract ]
| QUOTESTYLE = "expression" specify the quotation prefix to be
| used following execution of this
| macro.
|
| The expression can be any of the following:
|
| NONE use an empty prefix (the standard)
| I use the initials of the sender of the original message (the default)
| IF use the first initial of the sender of the original message
| N use the full name of the sender of the original message
| F use the first name of the sender of the original message
| L use the last name of the sender of the original message
| =text use the "text" as the prefix, e.g. %QUOTESTYLE="=-|"
`----- [ End ] -----
T> For everyone else, initials are used in both places.
That's luck. Essentially you've confused TB, so it assumes you want
text. However, as the help file states, you need "=text".

I simply wasn't cool enough for them (whomever they were) to offer
drugs to me. Drugs were everywhere, that's what the TV said. I
could get offered drugs at any time. Yeah, right.
