Wilfried,
The content-type in 2 lines is not illegal. There are in fact
some headers that take more that one attribute, and you separate the
attributes with a semi-colon (;). These attributes can be each in
multiple lines. I've noticed that only the first line (the one
containing the Header key name) is flush to the left margin, but I do
not know if this indentation of the subsequent lines is part of the
standard or if it is just to make it more legible.
