If you look at the status bar (bottom) of the message editor, one of
the things displayed is the account name that the message is being
composed in. Just right click on that and you'll get a list of
accounts to choose from.
If you prefer menus, try: Option -> Active Account.
If you want to send from one account but just change the from or
reply-to addresses, you can display them for editing by selecting the
headers under the View menu. When you put one of those fields in
focus, you can click on the arrow at the right of the field to get a
dropdown list of all the account From/Reply-To addresses.
Note: I use the MicroEd (Plain Text) editor exclusively, so I can only
guarantee that the above should work in MicroEd.
