Not quite, bu there is something a bit like that.
Options -> Preferences -> System -> Autocomplete addresses automatically
Autocomplete from 'Input History'
Now start typing, an address will be shown, when that isn't the
address you like, use <Ctrl><+> to go to the next matching entry
in the history.
