Or Can this help: While entering a new message or replying to one, - left-click on the little addressbook-icon [right side of the To: field] - type "sha" in the Quick search field - choose (click on) TO - CC - BCC tab as needed - with "shantanu" highlighted right-click - Add Address - choose the address you want.
