I'd copied/used An Extract set from somewhere's around Marc's site
that removes many things when I hit "Reply". But I think I messed it
up.
From the two dashes with the blank line above and below, what is the
correct Regex to use? AND if people I write to seem to *insist* on
quoting my entire email, and RE-quoting it, then what to use for:
>> dash-dash and
> dash-dash
