Dear Carlos,

@7-Jul-2007, 09:08 -0300 (07-Jul 13:08 here) Carlos Martinez [CM] in
mid:[EMAIL PROTECTED] said to Roelof:

CM> I think you helped me on another matter some time ago. You are from
CM> Denmark, right?

Roelof is from the Netherlands I believe. He is one of the moderators
of this list and is often inspired to answer many questions out of the
kindness of his nature. This is a User Discussion List where support
is given peer to peer. It isn't necessarily appropriate to direct new
questions to a single person on the list.

... <snip>

CM> Please remind me another thing: where do you adjust your "reply"
CM> settings so the original message comes with the ">" signs?

In Account Properties -> Templates -> Reply. The ">" for quoting
replies should be there by default. When replying using HTML messaging
however, the default is to reply with a blue bar in the margin beside
quoted text. I'm not sure how to affect that. You can use the
%QUOTESTYLE macro in your reply template to change the way the '>' may
be prefaced. For example, in this reply, your quotes are preceded with
your initials.

(from the help file:)

    Note: Replies and Forwards only.

QUOTESTYLE="expression" Specifies a quotation prefix to be used.

    Possible values:

    NONE - empty prefix
I - initials of the original message's sender (default)
IF - first initial of the original message's sender
N - full name of the original message's sender
F - first name of the original message's sender
L - last name of the original message's sender

You can also define an arbitrary text string alone or in conjunction
    with any of the above.
