I'm a bit rusty in my batch files, but IIRC you shouldn't use %%i from
the regular prompt, so edit the command to do without double % signs,
but a single % instead.
I can't hep but notice that you use A="%%i";To="%i", is that a typo?
Common sense dictates that you should the same syntax in both cases.

Was the upgrade to 4.0.18 the only change or did you change computer
or OS too. This doesn't look like a TB problem.
