I'm fully aware of the effects of base64 encoding on file sizes, and
of alternative transfer methods. In this case, email was the most
efficient method to get the file where I wanted it. Regardless, The
issue isn't whether or not I'm doing the Wrong thing, but the fact
that TB! seems to be trying to store the attachement completely in
memory in order to show the little icon that says "hey, there's an
attachment here." Again I ask: Has anybody else been noticing TB!
choking and dying on big attachments?
