That's not exactly what I want ;) I meant this: Just like I can use
"Dear %TOFName," or whatever in a message template, I'd like to put
"Dear %NAMEPREFIX %TOLName" in the template. But as I get it, there is
no such macro as %NAMEPREFIX at this time. Should go on the wish list.
