Wow! How'd you know that? So we have too independent message lists.
And once I changed the sorting in the view folder message list to
match that in my main message list, everything worked EXACTLY as
advertised: menu navigation commands, Ctrl+Arrow commands, and
blue-arrow icons. Previous goes to previous message in the list, Next
goes to next. (I haven't tested the "delete" versions, which I'm sure
do have a problem, since the menu descriptions as much as admit it.)

Why would I want to have two independent message lists? Is there a
reason for this?
