Well, try "escaping" the percent sign with a backslash symbol. 
Under some circumstances, it works. I never tested this, 
although, just putting it "over my head":-))

That is, if you password is something like DFGFFGH%vcfgfgfg, 
specify it in TB as DFGFFGH\%vcfgfgfg
