Some things about 1.38:

�.T.M!  (don't  try  to  understand,  it's in russian). Just looked at
Message/Specials and found there:

F4       Reply Quoting selected text
Shift-F4 Reply without quotation
Ctrl-F4  Reply to the Sender

Does  anybody now when it all was introduced?
