Hello Thomas Fernandez,

On Mon, 20 Dec 1999 16:30:49 (GMT +0800) you told us :
TF> I had this twice today, and never ever before. Suddenly TB throws
TF> an exception and displays the following Application Error message:

TF> Exception EListError in module THEBAT.EXE at 00016052.
TF> List index out of bounds.

TF> So, which index might that be, as none of my folders has more than
TF> 1000 messages, except for TBUDL with currently 1269 msgs. This
TF> shouldn't be too much for TB.

Agree, 1269 not much, I have 1650 msgs for TBUDL and no problem.
Is this happen right after you upgrade to 1.38e ?

TF> Also, the funny thing is that I can still work with TB. If I don't
TF> click on "OK" in the error message window but on TB (I was in the
TF> editor window), I can continue to wrok, so I saved the msg and
TF> then chose the error message from the task bar to close TB. What
TF> error is that that tells me about an exception but isn't fatal?
TF> What's happening: the messages don't get indexed? Can't I just
TF> reindex (somehow)? And why is 1269 too many?

I got same problem as you last month, but still can't remember how can
I fixed it (oh.. this first week of Ramadhan makes my brain weak,
perhaps next couple days I will be "normal" again).
........
