Infer from Win98, except for some cosmetical changes and a few bug
fixes (and the introduction of IE as standard file manager) it is the
same.

Technically the problems with multi-threading lie with RAM handling
and the system resources (GDI, User and System heaps). Since Win9x
does not create safe memory allocations in the sense that every thread
gets its own part and no other programme or thread will use it, you
frequently will encounter Access Violations and such.

With the system resources you will get into trouble especially with
GDI because they can get to small for handling all your graphical
parts (windows, folders, icons ...). With this you can get very funny
results usually ending in a hard reboot (Kaltstart).
