I experienced the same problem after i upgraded from 1.36 to 1.38, but
for some reason the problem disappeared after 2-3 days... (?) I am
running TB on a standalone Win98SE...
My cousin has also the same problem, but he has had the problem since
he installed 1.38 a couple of days after the release of 1.38, and
because of this he is considering to use another email client instead.
But, unfortunately, I cannot help you. I can just confirm the bug.
