there is a shareware one, it was used to detect StarCraft
contacting its server if it was on the net telling them what was on
your system.
Obviously a cracked version was used to detect it but thats still
circulating on the web.
On the other hand you can try AtGuard, which is an easy firewall and it
should tell you what it wants to contact.
