i also have lots of mails & like archiving them too...
i did this:
- mailing-lists:
1 'working'-folder: max @ 200 messages, 7-day limit
1 extra account (also different pop)
- here goes the digest version
- ezines:
1 working folder
1 pop-account to collect them all
- casual & personal mail
depends on mails themself:
- 1 'keepers' folder
- 1 'casual' folder
- 1 folder on eccrypted disk
