Hello, The Bat Users!
>> How do I best set up an archive where I can move older messages but

>> I do not want them to be loaded at the usual start-up.
d> Set up sub folders underneath each folder.
Or setup another mailbox in TB. You don't need to specify any
transport settings for it - it will be your archiving account.
Moreover, you can lock this mailbox with a password - it won't be
scanned upon startup.
d> Then use Account/Sorting filters. Use the Read filter actions. You
d> can automatically move a message to the subfolder (or copy and
d> delete).
Or copy and not delete. But you'll have copies of mails in this case.
