many isps in the USA and elswhere refuse relaying.
problem is if they get a spammer to use them they go into a database
and then it means all their ip's are considered spamming IP's and
thats a big headache.
Ofcourse there are servers allowing relaying but it requires in many
cases some tricks to use them and users of this system are unlikely to
broadcast the servers allowing it....
At least I wouldnt.
There are servers where you need a logon and password to send as well
but there arent any I would like to advice to contact (at present
anyway) .
