I suppose you meant %SUBJECT="%COOKIE="A:\test.txt""
Try doubling the nested quotes:
%SUBJECT="%COOKIE=""A:\test.txt"""
I didn't try exactly this but the principle worked when fumbling
with RegExps (see the thread "re's and regexp's" started on Dec. 15)
