Why the hell do you want this??? This would mean that you won't be able to
read the messages from other then Western Europe parts of the world
correctly... One of the *main* advantages of TB over, say, Pegasus is it's
ability to display the messages correctly whoever and whereever wrote them...

Currently TB works as follows: it determins what charset the incoming
message actually uses by looking into the charset field in the klufges, then
applies the corresponding translation (XLAT) table *and* switches the font
script used for displaying this particular message to that specified for this
XLAT table. For example, this message is in KOI8-R (look into the headers),
since for Russian this is the default charset. These two characters:

should look exactly as
OK
provided, of course, that the font you're using in TB supports Cyrillic script.

By default, TB will select the KOI8-R encoding for your reply to this message,
unless you've specified some other charset to be used *explicitely* (via the
macro in your reply template).

It's in XLAT tables dialogue. Replace all the tables other then ISO-8859-1
there by ISO-8859-1 one. Replace the "script" field in each of them by
"Western". WARNING! From now on, you won't be able to read the messages
*even* from Central Europe correctly.
